Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") She is an Spanish singer and songwriter from Spain. She is a Flamenco and Pop artist. Her work has been in the margins of popular and traditional music since she was a teenager, she has also delved into different music genres like the hip hop soul genre and trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as delicate and sharp, however she still with the bite of older singers. El Mal Querer is her second album, that was released in the year 2018, and was critically and commercially successful. After Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she was awarded an award from the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned a Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd is due out in 2021. Motomami is her third studio album. She collaborated with many producers and artists including Cory Henry. It was released on March 20th, 2022 after the show by Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to appear on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami the album by Rosalia that has won three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female singer to have won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
